Tom Brady made a quick buck following his fifth Super Bowl championship Sunday night.
Brady pre-taped an advertisement with Shields Health Care in Boston that included his fifth Super Bowl ring, which he earned by rallying the Patriots to a 34-28 overtime victory against the Falcons. In the ad, Brady checks four rings into a locker before getting an MRI, then pulls the fifth ring out of his pocket, saying “it’s kind of new.”
Brady ends the commercial with a possible nod to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, who suspended Brady for the first four games of this season over the “Deflategate” case. Told by a doctor that he’ll need a bigger locker, Brady responds, “Roger that.”
