Detroit Lions receiver Golden Tate wore a Miami Hurricanes jersey while talking to reporters in the locker room Wednesday, the result of a bet he lost to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson over the Miami-Notre Dame game a couple weekends ago.
The jersey included a No. 94 and Johnson's name on the back.
"If I'm going to lose a bet, I'm going to lose it the correct way," said Tate, who said he found the jersey on eBay.

Tate, who played at Notre Dame, was involved in some social media chatter with The Rock prior to the Miami-Notre Dame game.

The Hurricanes won 41-8, but Tate didn't seem too upset at having to wear the jersey.
"I was a huge Miami fan growing up, and I used to want to go there," he said.
