The Tennessee Titans are making at least some history in their regular season finale. They're playing the coldest NFL gamey yet  since moving into their new stadium back in 1999.

The temperature at kickoff for the game flexed to a late afternoon start was 23 degrees, beating the previous mark of 25 degrees set Nov. 17, 2014, when the thermometer was 25 degrees at kickoff of a 17-14 win over Pittsburgh.

Making it feel worse? A stiff north breeze making it feel close to 10 degrees.

The Titans gave out hand warmers to the first 30,000 fans Sunday before their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Not that Titans strength coach Steve Watterson appeared to notice the chill in the air. He was on the field during warmups wearing a short-sleeved T-shirt and shorts.
