Chalk up another few dozen more snaps for Cleveland left tackle Joe Thomas, who entered Sunday’s game having participated in 9,996 consecutive offensive plays and is now well over 10,000.

Thomas has not missed a Browns offensive play since being drafted in the first round of the 2007 draft.

According to research by the Browns, Thomas' ironman streak is the longest in NFL history, though the league didn't officially begin recording snap counts until 1999.

On the first play of Cleveland’s second series, the 11-year veteran played his 10,000th consecutive snap, a testament to both his longevity and his propensity to remain injury-free.
